Hi. This is Marcus and I'm Jett's dad.
In 2022, when Jett was 9 years old he saw a special on television about Disneyland in Anaheim, California. He decided then and there that he wanted to go. And I thought that would be a great idea!
So I started looking into it and as we live in Melbourne, Australia it would be an adventure of a lifetime. And after a bit of research, we discovered that it will cost around AUD$25,000!
When I told Jett this he looked me squarely in the eye and said, "Don't you worry about it Dad. I'll get a "side hustle" and I'll pay for it".
And that's the determination that has led us to put together this website and strive towards his first goal of getting to Disneyland!
And along the way, Jett is learning a lot about running his own business, why it's important to stay in school and to see where maths fits into the real world and how to have the responsibility of school life and work life fitting together.
And most importantly, it's an adventure we're sharing together.
We'd also like to give a couple of "Shout Outs" to people that have made this adventure possible.
